JOLSON: The Musical starring Mike Burstyn is the spectacular biography of legendary Broadway star Al Jolson, whose iconic significance endures in American pop culture, as his signature songs "Mammy" and "Swanee," sung on bended knee, attest. Twenty-two top American songs will be featured, such as "Toot-Toot Tootsie, (Goodbye)," "I'm Sitting on Top of The World," "April Showers," and "Me and My Gal." Bursyn will demonstrate why Jolson's charisma and charm onstage influenced an entire generation of performers including Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley.
